If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below.

This policy is written to comply with international e-commerce standards and EU consumer protection regulations.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

2. Conditions for Return

All returned items must be:

Unused and unworn
In original condition
Free from scratches or damage
Not resized or altered by a third party
Returned with original packaging
Returned with any included certificates (e.g., IGI)

Items that are returned damaged, scratched, altered, or incomplete may be declined or partially refunded based on inspection results.

3. Refund Method

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If the item has a factory defect:

We cover all return shipping costs
Shipping fees from your original order will be refunded
We will provide a prepaid return label
You may choose a replacement or a refund

For all other return reasons (change of mind, size issue, etc.):

Customer is responsible for return shipping
Return must be sent using a tracked shipping service
Original shipping fees are not refundable

5. Quality Inspection Requirement

All returned items undergo quality control inspection at our Bangkok workshop.

Refunds or replacements for factory defects will be issued only after inspection confirms the issue.

If inspection confirms no defect, the return will be processed under the “customer-paid return shipping” rule.

6. Wrong Item / Damaged on Arrival

If you receive:

A wrong item
A damaged item
An item with a verifiable production issue

We offer:

Free replacement, OR
Full refund

And we cover:

Return shipping
Original shipping fees
Any additional costs associated with the correction

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the issue.

7. Cancellations

Ready-Made Items:

Cancellation accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

Custom-Made Items:

Cancellation accepted within 48 hours of placing the order.

After this period, production usually begins, and cancellations may no longer be possible.

To request a cancellation, email us immediately.
